SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shaybeaudsecret ! We ship all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Processing times typically take between 5-10 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES
Shaybeaudsecret is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.)

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS, DHL, UPS and you will receive a tracking number via email. Please track your package to stay updated on its status.

If the package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with anyone at the delivery address (family members, neighbors, building management) who may have received it on your behalf.

If the package cannot be located, please contact USPS, DHL, UPS directly to investigate the matter further. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages that USPS, DHL, UPS confirms as delivered.

For added protection, we offer shipping insurance during checkout. This option ensures that in the rare case of a lost or damaged package, you are covered.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as "delivered" by USPS, DHL, UPS.
ORDER POLICIES FOR ALL HOLIDAYS
(ONLY HOLIDAY POLICIES)
• No Order Edits
Once your order is placed (meaning when you complete checkout), it cannot be changed, no adding, removing, switching scents, or address updates.
• Cancellations
You may cancel only before your order ships.
A $5 deduction is automatically taken from your refund, no exceptions.
• Sold Out Items
Sale pricing applies only to in stock items purchased during the sale window.
SHIPPING
• Processing time: 5–10 days excluding weekends. Carrier times may be longer during high volume.
• Confirm your shipping address before checkout.
• Tracking emails are sent once shipped. Allow 24–48 hrs to update.
DISCOUNTS
• No code required: Discounts apply automatically.
• One discount per item: No combining.
• Prices cannot be adjusted before or after the sale.
• Items are not reserved in cart until checkout is complete.
• Need to cancel? No problem! However, a $5 fee will be deducted from your order if you cancel.
• Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice while supplies last.
Returns & Exchanges
All Black Friday + Cyber Monday sale items are considered final sale. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened items.
